I have made a reservation. How can I confirm if it has been correctly booked?
A confirmation email has been sent to the email address you registered at the time of booking. The email contains your reservation details and digital tickets, so please check it. You can also view your reservation details via the “Reservation Details” link in the email.
After starting to use the Fukuoka City 1-Day Unlimited Ride Ticket, how do I board the bus?
Please board the bus through the rear door. When boarding, take a numbered ticket. When getting off, insert the numbered ticket into the fare box at the front of the bus, show the ticket screen on your smartphone to the driver, and exit through the front door. Can children ride the bus for free?
Children aged 0 to 5 can ride for free, up to two children per adult. In addition, one child aged 6 to 11 can ride for free per adult ticket of this pass. Example 1: Using one adult ticket, traveling with one 3-year-old child, one 5-year-old child, and one 9-year-old child → All children ride for free. Example 2: Using one adult ticket, traveling with one 2-year-old child, one 3-year-old child, one 5-year-old child, and one 11-year-old child → One child fare will be charged. Children’s fares are half of the adult fare (rounded up to the nearest 10 yen).
