[In-museum services]
・Elevator
Anyone can use the elevator up to the 5th floor. However, you must take the stairs to reach the 8th floor from the 5th floor, and also to descend from the 8th floor to the 1st floor. Wheelchair users and those with walking difficulties can use the elevator for all floors.
Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum:
Wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties can use the elevator.
・Strollers
As the viewing area becomes narrower on the upper floors, it can get very crowded. Therefore, we generally ask that strollers not be brought inside. Strollers can be checked in free of charge at the ticket gate entrance, so please inform the ticket gate staff if you need assistance.
・Wheelchair
Seven wheelchairs are available for rent at Osaka Castle Tower but can only be used within the building.
Two wheelchairs are available for rent at Toyotomi Ishigakikan Museum but can only be used within the building.
It is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations cannot be made.

At Osaka Castle Tower, we offer free rental of audio guide devices in Japanese, English, Korean, and Chinese.
Our reception is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and we kindly ask that you return any rented items by 5:30 PM. Please note that we have a limited number of rental items available.
・Photography
Osaka Castle Tower: Photography is prohibited on the 3rd and 4th floors due to the display of important cultural properties. However, you may take photographs anywhere else.
Toyotomi Ishigaki Museum: Photography is allowed for the stone walls, but please refrain from photographing video content to protect copyrights.
