- ■ Prohibited Activities within the Facility Entry to Tsutenkaku and Tsutenkaku SATELLITE (hereinafter referred to as “the facility”) is prohibited for individuals engaging in the following activities: ・Bringing pets into the facility (excluding service animals such as guide dogs) ・Occupying specific areas, such as using tripods for photography ・Bringing in open flames or hazardous materials, and smoking ・Damaging or defacing the facility ・Engaging in violent behavior ・Entering the facility while intoxicated to the extent that normal judgment may be impaired ・Any behavior deemed by the facility to cause discomfort to other guests (visually, audibly, or by smell) ・Displaying political, ideological, or religious statements, claims, or beliefs ・Engaging in discriminatory or insulting behavior or expressions ・Distributing information about the facility via the internet or other means without permission ・Conducting commercial activities, fundraising, or posting advertisements without permission ・Engaging in promotional activities for profit without permission ・Entering paid areas without authorization ・Any behavior inconsistent with the proper use of the facility’s services ・Unreasonably detaining staff and disrupting their duties ・Failing to follow staff instructions ・Any other behavior deemed inappropriate under social norms

- ■TOWER SLIDER 【Age Restrictions】 ・Children 6 or younger and adults 66 or older are not permitted to use this attraction. ・Children aged 7 to 12 must be accompanied by a guardian, as the consent of someone 18 or older is required. Children may not use the attraction alone. ・Children 13 or older may use the attraction alone, in which case it is assumed that guardian consent for the "TOWER SLIDER Usage Agreement" has been obtained. 【Restrictions on Use】 ・Children 6 or younger. ・Individuals 66 or older. ・Individuals under 120cm in height. ・Individuals weighing 120kg or more. ・Pregnant individuals. ・Individuals under the influence of alcohol. ・Individuals with concerns regarding bone health. ・Individuals with concerns regarding physical or mental health. ・Individuals prone to motion sickness. ・Individuals with sensitivities to light stimulation. ・Individuals with concerns regarding vision or limb function. ・Individuals with anxieties regarding high, enclosed, or dark places. ・Individuals who cannot safely wear a helmet. ・Individuals who cannot securely wear the sliding bag and maintain a stable sliding posture. ・Individuals who cannot understand and strictly follow instructions from staff. ・Individuals whom staff deem potentially unable to use the attraction safely.
- ■ Observation Deck 【Age Restrictions】 ・There are no age restrictions. ・Children aged 4 and under may enter free of charge.
