- 【Refund Policy】 ・Refunds will not be issued for customer personal reasons after registration is completed. ・If a participant's attraction experience is canceled based on staff judgment due to failure to comply with the Terms of Use or staff instructions, no refund will be provided. 【Other Notes】 ・Required time is approximately 40 to 60 minutes (Experience time: approx. 30 minutes). Depending on the day's congestion, weather, or other factors, it may take longer. ・Movement from the reception area to the attraction experience area is by stairs only; no elevators are available. Ascending and descending approximately 200 stairs from ground level is required, so please refrain from participating if you have concerns about your legs or back. ・Inside the attraction experience area, you must strictly follow staff instructions. Acts that do not follow staff instructions, or acts deemed dangerous or disruptive to other guests by staff, will be considered a violation of the Terms of Use—even during the experience—and may result in cancellation of the experience and mandatory departure. ・Due to the nature of the attraction, the floor surface within the attraction area has many uneven spots. Please watch your step carefully. Our company assumes no responsibility for injuries or accidents resulting from personal carelessness, such as trips or falls. ・If you wear clothes that expose a lot of skin, the harness worn for the attraction experience may rub against your skin and cause inflammation; please take adequate precautions on your own. ・Restrooms cannot be used while wearing a harness. Please use the restroom before putting on the harness. ・The facility may be closed or the experience canceled without prior notice due to severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, lightning, strong winds, or dense fog. ・If it is determined that the attraction cannot be operated safely due to high/low temperatures, dryness, high humidity, condensation, or similar effects, the experience may be canceled without prior notice. 【Prohibited Acts Common to the Facility】 Our company prohibits the entry of persons who engage in the following acts within Tsutenkaku and Tsutenkaku SATELLITE (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility"): ・Bringing pets (excluding service dogs, assistance dogs, etc.). ・Occupying specific spots, such as photography using tripods. ・Bringing open flames or dangerous items, and smoking. ・Soiling or damaging the Facility. ・Acts of violence. ・Entering the Facility in a state of drunkenness where normal judgment may be impaired due to excessive drinking, etc. ・Acts deemed visually, auditorily, or olfactorily offensive to other guests by the Facility. ・Displaying political, ideological, or religious doctrines, assertions, or concepts. ・Engaging in discriminatory or insulting content or expressions. ・Distributing information about conditions inside the building via the internet, etc., without permission from the Facility. ・Engaging in commercial transactions, soliciting donations, posting promotional materials, etc., without permission from the Facility. ・Conducting commercial advertising without permission from the Facility. ・Entering paid areas without permission from the Facility. ・Acts inconsistent with the intended use of the services provided by the Facility. ・Excessively detaining staff members and delaying their duties. ・Failing to comply with staff instructions. ・Other acts deemed inappropriate by general social standards.
Restrictions
- ■DIVE&WALK 【Age Restrictions】 ・Children 8 or younger and adults 66 or older are not permitted to use this attraction. ・Children aged 9 to 14 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older. Children may not use the attraction alone. Tickets for children are not sold on the website and must be purchased on-site. ・Individuals 15 or older may use the attraction alone. 【Restrictions on Use】 The following individuals are not permitted to use DIVE&WALK: ・Children 8 or younger. ・Individuals 66 or older. ・Individuals under 130cm in height. ・Individuals weighing 120kg or more. ・Individuals under the influence of alcohol. ・Individuals in poor physical condition. ・Pregnant individuals. ・Individuals with pre-existing conditions such as heart disease or high blood pressure. ・Individuals with concerns regarding physical or mental health, including bone health. ・Individuals with concerns regarding vision or limb function. ・Individuals with anxieties regarding high, enclosed, or dark places. ・Individuals wearing footwear that may cause injury or damage to personal belongings, such as sandals, high heels, or business shoes. ・Individuals who cannot safely wear a helmet and harness. ・Individuals who cannot comply with instructions from staff. ・Individuals whom staff deem potentially unable to use the attraction safely. 【Storage of Belongings and Accessories】 ・To prevent accidents caused by falling items during the attraction experience, bringing personal belongings, accessories, or other items into the attraction experience area is strictly prohibited. ・In addition to luggage such as bags, accessories including hats must be stored in the lockers designated for the Tower Slider on the B1 floor of Tsutenkaku. ・If personal belongings or accessories are found within the attraction experience area, even prior to the experience, it will be considered a violation of the Terms of Use, and the experience may be canceled with mandatory departure from the area.

- This ticket is valid only for the specified date of participation.
- Cancellation is allowed until the day before the participation date. Cancellations on the day of participation are not permitted.
- Please be aware that for DIVE & WALK, all vertical movement, including approximately 200 steps from the ground level, is via stairs only. There is no elevator access.
