Fare adjustment machines are also not available. - Please use the QR code compatible ticket gates when using the pass. - If you wish to request a refund, please contact the booking site or original place of purchase. - The railway operator (service provider) may suspend or interrupt all or part of the services available with the digital special ticket without prior notice to the customer due to natural disasters or other reasons. - Even after the start of use, the railway operator (service provider) may process a refund for the digital special ticket via this ticket service if deemed necessary. - You will not be able to use the pass if your purchase information cannot be verified due to device malfunction, dead battery, etc. In this case, you will be required to pay the standard passenger fare from the boarding station to the exiting station separately. - This ticket treats the period from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the following day as one day.
