Fare adjustment machines cannot be used either. ・When using digital special tickets, please use ticket gates that support QR codes. ・For refunds, please contact the place of purchase, such as your travel agency. ・In cases of natural disasters or other disruptions, the railway operator (service provider) may suspend or partially interrupt services associated with the digital special ticket without prior notice. ・If necessary, refunds for digital special tickets may still be processed through this ticket service, even after usage has started, at the discretion of the railway operator. ・The ticket cannot be used if purchase information cannot be confirmed due to device malfunction or a dead battery. In such cases, the standard passenger fare from the entry station to the exit station will be charged separately. ・This ticket is valid for one day, from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the following day. Please ensure you press the “Start Use” button after 3:00 AM on the day of use. Activating the ticket between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM will render it invalid for use after 3:00 AM. ・Handling is subject to the transportation terms and conditions, etc.

- 【Kobe Urban Aquarium AQUARIUM×ART átoa Admission Ticket】 ・Admission is free of charge for children who are under the age of 3. ・We do not allow children under 13 to enter without a guardian. ・Kindly avoid re-entering. ・One child (age 3〜6) may enter free of charge per adult.
