- The Top Deck Tour requires advance reservations with designated entry times. Please arrive at the Top Deck Gate on the Main Deck (150m) by your designated entry time. *If you miss your entry time, your reservation will be invalid, and no refunds will be provided. However, you can still enjoy a tour of the Main Deck.
- After completing your reservation, you will be issued a "QR code" which is required for entry. Please bring a terminal that is capable of displaying the "QR code" or print out the "QR code." *You must display the QR code on your own to gain entry.

- “Child” tickets apply to elementary and middle school students.

- The Top Deck Tour may be canceled due to severe weather conditions, such as strong winds or heavy snow, or for safety-related equipment inspections.
