Lectura obligatoria
- Please note the following precautions for typhoons and torrential rain: The tour will still push through rain or shine, but please be aware that the course may be subject to change or cancellation in the event of bad weather or rising water. *In the event of tour cancellation, our Hozugawa Yusen staff will contact the representative. There will be no charges for schedule changes or cancellations. As weather conditions can be unpredictable, please get in touch with us weather before the tour departure during the unstable weather. Please be advised that if you are forced to cancel on the day of the tour, you will be responsible for the transportation costs to the venue.
- Please note the following guidelines before participating in the tour: - Drinking alcohol while on the tour is strictly prohibited. - If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol during reception, you will not be allowed to join the tour. - We kindly ask that you refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages until the end of the tour, including during lunch. - If you are found to be under the influence of alcohol during the tour, it will be treated as a cancellation, and the participation fee will not be refunded. - It is hazardous to enter the river while under the influence of alcohol. For your safety, please understand and follow these guidelines.
- If you are injured during the tour, we will provide on-site first aid and, if needed, request transportation or emergency services. Please ensure that you carry a copy of your health insurance card, as you will be responsible for paying for any treatment at a medical institution. Similarly, you must bear the expenses if you require hospitalization later, but our accident insurance policy may apply.
- Please note the following restrictions regarding weight and physique: Individuals who are highly obese may not be able to participate due to safety concerns. Their weight could affect the boat's balance, and we may not be able to take care of them in an emergency. Please consult us in advance if you have any concerns or questions about participation eligibility. For reference, a suitable wetsuit size would be 3XL based on the following measurements: height of 190cm, chest measurement of 119cm, waist measurement of 96cm, hip measurement of 114cm, and weight of 105kg.
Restricciones
- Individuals who are 7 years old and above are eligible to participate.
- Guests with visible tattoos may be denied access to the hot spring facility. Please inform us in advance.
- Please note that each boat has a maximum capacity of 7 people. You will be split into multiple boats if your group consists of more than 7 people.

- Please fill out and bring the participation consent form from the attached PDF on the day of your participation.
