- This e-ticket can be redeemed within 1 month from the date of purchase. After the validity period, the ticket will become invalid.
- Please click the link in the voucher sent after the purchase to open the website page, press the "Use" button, and present the screen to the staff. *Please make sure that your smartphone connects to the internet as you will need to launch the website from your smartphone. *Please note that screenshots or printed-out tickets will not be acceptable.
- Discounts are available for residents of 12 cities, towns, and villages in northern Okinawa. *Please purchase tickets at the Neo Park counter. Please note that tickets already purchased cannot be refunded or discounted on-site.
- Okinawa Light Rail Riding Time (first train departs at 10:00 / last train departs at 17:00)
- Cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons, special coupons, discounts, etc.
- Disabled persons must present their disability certificate at the counter and purchase the tickets locally.
- From May 1st to September 28th, 2025, the seasonal rate includes the special exhibition "Neo Neo Exploration Team." If you are not viewing the special exhibition, please purchase a ticket on-site.
- [Limited from April 25 to September 27] Plan is available for redemption from April 25 to September 27. It will become invalid after the validity period has expired.
Restricciones
- "Adult" ticket recipients are junior high school students and older. "Children" ticket recipients are ages 4 through elementary school.
- Children under 3 years old are admitted free of charge.
- For those who wish to take the "Admission Fee + Okinawa Light Rail + Fureai Hiroba" plan, please enter the park by 3:00 p.m. on the day of your visit.
- If you wish to use the " Admission + Okinawa Light Rail " plan, please enter the park by 4:00 p.m. on the day of your visit.
- For those who wish to take the "Admission Fee + Fureai Hiroba" plan, please enter the park by 4:45p.m. on the day of your visit.

- No refund will be made if you do not board the train for your own reasons.
