3. User Obligations

3.1 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making bookings. This includes your full legal name, valid contact information, and accurate driver's license details for car rentals.

3.2 Legal Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in both your home country and Japan when using our services.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Booking & Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are in the currency indicated on each service page.

4.2 Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, AMEX)
• Bank Transfer
• E-wallets (as available)

4.3 Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from OlaChill. The confirmation may take up to 24 hours depending on the service provider.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

5.1 General Policy

Cancellation and refund policies vary by service provider. The specific policy applicable to your booking is clearly displayed during the booking process.

5.2 Bus Tickets

• Cancellation fees depend on the bus operator's policy
• Most operators charge increasing fees as the departure date approaches
• No-show: No refund

5.3 Car Rentals

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before pickup (most providers)
• Late cancellation fees apply per provider policy
• No-show: Full charge

5.4 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on olachill.com — including text, graphics, logos, images (including Studio Ghibli-style artwork), software, and AI-generated content — is the property of OlaChill or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

OlaChill acts as a technology intermediary and is not liable for:

• Delays, cancellations, or service failures by transportation providers
• Personal injury or property damage during travel
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
• Losses due to inaccurate information provided by users

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
