📖 How to book & board a highway bus

Three stages from search to seat — read once and you're ready.

Pick your route
Enter origin, destination and date — the system lists all trips with time and price.

Choose a trip
Compare departure/arrival, seat class, price, amenities. Filter day or night bus.

Passenger details
Enter full name (as on passport), email, phone. Add passengers by gender & age.

Pay
Choose Visa / Mastercard / JCB / Amex via Stripe, or PayPal. TLS 1.2+ encrypted.

Receive e-ticket
Confirmation + QR code arrive by email within 2 minutes. Also visible in My Page.

📧 The confirmation email contains booking ID, QR code, trip details, pickup & drop-off, seat number (if assigned).

👤 My Page — view ticket, edit info, cancel at any time.

💡 Tip: passenger name must MATCH your passport — staff may check ID at boarding.

Arrive on time, 10–15 min early. Japanese buses depart punctually — late = missed.

Find the stop: map in email, Google Maps app, or signage at the station.

Show the QR code on your phone — the driver scans or checks the code.
