How can I confirm my booking?
A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address after the booking is confirmed. Please refer to the email for the booking information and a voucher with a QR code. You can also check the booking information from the link of Booking Details in the email.
I book the ticket with my smartphone; I can’t print the voucher. Is it possible to exchange the ticket by presenting the voucher on the smartphone?
