• •It is not allowed to smoke inside the aquarium.
• •Business hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekends and holidays. The last entry is allowed one hour before closing time.
• •Pets are not allowed inside the aquarium, with the exception of assistance dogs such as guide dogs.
• •Aquarium Maintenance and Events: Please note that there may be times when entry is not possible due to aquarium maintenance or events. We appreciate your understanding. • •Please note that carrying large or long luggage, such as kickboards or carry-on bags, is prohibited. This is to avoid causing inconvenience to other customers. *If our staff finds your luggage unsuitable, we may ask you to keep it elsewhere. However, you are allowed to bring your lunch inside the aquarium.
• •Re-entry is prohibited.
• •To enter the aquarium, kindly scan the QR code on your ticket at the entrance gate.
• •Please have the ticket ready to be presented on your smartphone's screen or printed.
• •It may become crowded during the initial admission phase for each time slot.
