Book online
Choose the route, date and bags. Each bag gets its own label: 1/2, 2/2…

Leave your bags
On the pickup day, attach the labels and leave the bags at your hotel's front desk.

A licensed Japanese parcel carrier takes them to your next city.

Pick them up at the front desk when you arrive, and travel between cities with only a day bag.

Where we pick up and deliver
Tokyo: hotels and rental apartments in the 23 wards. Osaka: hotels and rental apartments in Osaka City. Airports are not included yet.
Do not pack
- Passports, cash, cards, jewellery and other valuables
- Medicine or anything you need before the bags arrive
- Laptops, cameras and fragile items
- Spare lithium batteries and power banks
- Food that spoils, live animals or plants
- Flammable, explosive or other dangerous goods
- Any bag or item worth more than ¥300,000
If something goes wrong
Loss, damage or delay is handled under the carrier's published terms of carriage, which set a maximum per bag (typically ¥300,000 with major Japanese carriers). Report damage within a few days of delivery and keep the bag and packaging.
Tracking by scan
Each label has a QR code. The status changes each time the bag is scanned: booked, picked up, in transit, delivered. It is not a live map.
Group luggage by private truck
Tour groups, schools and companies: your guests ride the Shinkansen while one licensed truck carries everyone's suitcases from hotel to hotel on your schedule. One price for the whole vehicle, like a bus charter. Tell us the dates, hotels and number of bags and we quote by email.
Questions
When do my bags arrive?
Normally the day after pickup, at your next hotel's front desk. That is the carrier's usual timing, not a promise; weather or traffic can delay it.
What if a hotel will not hold my bags?
Ask both hotels before you book. If a hotel refuses the delivery, the carrier holds or returns the bag and extra fees may apply.
Can I send luggage from the airport?
Not yet. Pickup and delivery are at hotels and rental apartments in Tokyo's 23 wards and Osaka City.
Can I send bags for a group or a company?
Yes. For more than 10 bags, or a tour group whose guests travel by Shinkansen, send a group request: one licensed truck carries the suitcases on your schedule and we quote one price for the vehicle by email.
